What if I told you that breakfast is the most important meal of your day? What if I then told you that the typical American breakfast is a muffin or sugary cereal, and it's not even healthy? What if I asked you to keep reading this article to find out how to make an easy-to-make, nutritious, and delicious breakfast so you can start your day off on the right foot? Would you be interested in finding out more about my suggestions for better breakfasts? Introducing: The Wellness Kitchen! The Wellness Kitchen provides all of these sorts of recipes and advice for people who want to live a healthier lifestyle. The website is packed with good info for everyone, no matter what diet they follow. I've been a member of this site for quite some time now and have found the site very useful for my daily life. The Wellness Kitchen was founded in 2002 by Elizabeth Winter. The main purpose of the website is to "promote and sell healthy cooking and eating habits that will allow people to live happier and healthier lives." It has extensive information about healthy eating, body care, beauty products, recipes, and the like. Elizabeth originally created this website because she was tired of reading articles about health that were actually negative. For example, articles would deconstruct articles on healthy eating or exercise and then point out that this or that was unhealthy. Elizabeth wanted to create a website that would promote health, not into a negative light. This is a great blog for someone who is interested in a blog about healthy living. It includes lots of different recipes, sections on beauty products and a newsletter. The newsletter includes tips from guest writers and links to other related blog entries from other bloggers. I've been reading the Wellness Kitchen blog since May 2012, and I really love it. The site is run by Elizabeth Winter who also has her own website at www.cleverfoodieonline. com . Elizabeth is a real cooking genius and I admire her writing skills, cooking skills and her ability to get people to sign up for the newsletter. In particular, I enjoy all the different recipes she posts. Her site is especially great for someone who wants to make healthy versions of the recipes they like the most. I think what makes this blog so useful is that Elizabeth promotes all sorts of healthy living methods, not just one type. For example, in one entry she encourages people to make their own salad dressings instead of buying them at restaurants (and they're cheaper too!). She also has a section on body care which includes recipes for natural body care products. Besides all of this, she has a lot of great info about keeping yourself healthy, eating well and staying connected to the world through social media. She gives lots of tips on how to be healthier and have more energy. One thing that I enjoy about her blog is that she doesn't just focus on healthy eating, but also how to be more active and fit too. I really like that because it's nice to know the secret to adding both into your life: eating right and exercising regularly. danea easyfatt ita cfa1e77820
